• Create instructional materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises to enhance the learning experience.
• Conduct engaging and informative instructor-led training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Provide real-world examples and practical insights to reinforce theoretical concepts.
• Evaluate the progress of participants through assessments, quizzes, and practical assignments.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to students, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in Java and related technologies.
• Continuously update course content to reflect the evolving needs of the industry.
• Work closely with other instructors and team members.
• Collaborate with industry professionals to bring real-world insights into the classroom.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior experience as a Java instructor or trainer is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to tailor teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
