Java Full Stack Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Java Full Stack Trainer

to deliver high-quality training on full stack development technologies. The trainer will be responsible for imparting both theoretical and practical knowledge, mentoring trainees, and ensuring industry-ready skill development.

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and/or online training on

Java Full Stack Development

. Train candidates on

Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate

, and

RESTful APIs

. Provide training on front-end technologies such as

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap

, and

Angular/React

. Cover

database concepts

including

MySQL/Oracle

, SQL queries, and ORM frameworks. Explain

software development life cycle (SDLC)

, design patterns, and best coding practices. Guide trainees in

hands-on projects, assignments, and case studies

. Conduct

assessments, mock interviews, and code reviews

. Maintain training documentation, attendance, and progress reports. Support trainees with

career guidance and placement preparation

. Ensure syllabus completion within the stipulated timeline. Coordinate with academic/project teams for smooth training delivery. Comply with organizational policies and code of conduct.

Technical Skills Required

Strong expertise in

Java (Core & Advanced)

. Proficiency in

Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA

. Good knowledge of

REST APIs and Microservices (basic to intermediate)

. Hands-on experience with

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

, and

Angular/React

. Experience with

SQL databases

(MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL). Familiarity with

Git/GitHub

,

Maven/Gradle

, and basic

DevOps concepts

is an added advantage.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
