In this role, you will:
Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications, US:
4 years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Work with US technology managers on projects and be directly responsible for full project life cycle for projects / applications including user interaction, planning, development, testing and L3 support.
Manage and collaborate effectively with all the stakeholders including business teams, technology, QA and support teams.
Understand the enterprise priorities and help the team to align to those priorities.
Work closely withsupport teams and help in getting those teams collaborate effectively with the business and development teams.
Look for opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of the platform.
Ensure operation hygiene of the team.
Recruit, mentor and develop talent by setting appropriate goals and expectations for the team.
Lead organizational initiatives, foster diversity and inclusion, and champion change within the group. Multi-cultural sensitivity a must.
Primary point person for systems and projects within area of responsibility.
Contribute to continuous improvement ideas and projects.

Strong SQL development experience and strong knowledge on designing data models and writing stored procedures and indexes.
Strong background in OOPS concepts and design patterns
Good understanding of Object Oriented development, design patterns and optimized search algorithms.
Familiar and direct experience of Agile development and dev ops tools such as Jira, confluence, automated regression testing
Excellent communication (both spoken and written English) and interpersonal skills
Experienced working in matrix organization.
Experienced managing stakeholders
Experienced in Release management.
