This Business Analyst role will be focused on driving initiatives and providing subject matter expertise to simultaneously manage initiatives and enhancements to the current processes.
The individual will ensure seamless completion of client implementations, technology deployment and Regulatory/Mandatory changes to the Custody Operations environment, in partnership with Client Implementations, Technology and the Business.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology Engineering or closely related field or a combination of education and experience
Java/j2ee,scala, sql, nosql, habase, hive, kafka, spark framework & shell scripting, 6+ years development experience in hadoop platform
Good understanding of integration technologies like sftp, webservices, messaging apis like jms, or mq
Devops tools like (jenkins, docker, kubernetes, rundeck etc.)
Skills and Experience
Good to have Control-M knowledge
Good knowledge on trade settlement process
Prior experience or working knowledge of blockchain / distributed ledger technology and crypto currencies will be beneficial.
Minimum 5 years of relevant Custody Operations / Business Analysis or Project Management experience and/or proven large team leadership experience in a dynamic environment across a regional footprint
Extensive Custody experience and detailed understanding of Operational organization and clients needs
Have strong technical knowledge of Custody products and regional regulatory requirements, stay abreast of changes and synthesize information quickly
Ability to establish and build trust with (internal or external) clients and senior leaders throughout the business, demonstrate strong communication, advisory and influencing skills with a strong client service orientation
Proven ability to lead cost saving and/or risk mitigation initiatives
Good organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize within aggressive deadlines
Ability to work effectively in situations requiring analytical, interpretive, and problem solving techniques
Results oriented, creative and resourceful problem solver using impeccable integrity and judgment
