Job Description

:
Contribute to the development and customization of web applications using Java-based frameworks like Spring or Spring boot.
Expertise in developing and scaling Microservices
Utilizing your experience in AWS services to help architect and implement features of a well-established cloud-based application.
Consuming vendor APIs with knowledge of REST
Design, implement, and maintain robust task scheduling and messaging systems (knowledge of frameworks like Apache Kafka or JMS is a plus).
Integrating and optimizing the PostgreSQL database within the applications.
Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by implementing best practices around software engineering
architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.) for products / scalable applications
Utilizing modern Code Quality Tools and participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
As part of the Agile team, collaborating with Product Owner and fellow engineers to gain a deep understanding of business requirements and software implementation.
Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Ability to quickly ramp up work, interpret sometimes vague requirements, and ask the right questions to solidify requirements.
Ability to think outside of the box when providing solutions not only to the task at hand but to a wider feature for the product.
