Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage with clients and stakeholders to align on product changes and incident resolutions.
Rapidly identify, triage, and resolve production incidents with root cause analysis.
Monitor application health daily using logs, dashboards, and metrics.
Provide
24/7 support
for critical production systems, including on-call rotation.
Analyze and refine system alerts to reduce noise and improve accuracy.
Manage application certificate renewals to prevent service disruptions.
Use
JIRA

Confluence
, and
SharePoint
for change management and documentation.
Maintain clear, up-to-date process documentation.
Identify and implement product performance optimizations.
(serverless infrastructure, Service Bus, Dataverse, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Alerts, Azure App Services).

Proficiency in
