Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Java Full Stack Trainer to train and mentor aspiring developers in Java full stack development principles, tools, and best practices. As a Java Full Stack Trainer, you'll create and deliver high-quality training content, conduct workshops, and provide one-on-one mentorship to students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and deliver training content on Java full stack development principles, tools, and best practices

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for students

- Provide one-on-one mentorship and feedback to students

- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, exercises, and projects

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Java full stack development tools, and best practices

- Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to improve the training program

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in Java full stack development

- Experience in training or teaching Java full stack development principles and tools

- Strong knowledge of Java programming language, frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate), and databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle)

- Proficiency in front-end development tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

- Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git

- Experience with agile development methodologies

- Certification in Java full stack development or training
