Java Full Stack Trainer

to train

college students

in core and advanced Java development. The trainer will be responsible for delivering industry-relevant training to help students become job-ready with practical full stack development skills.

The ideal candidate must be capable of simplifying technical concepts and engaging with students of varying skill levels, typically in their pre-final or final year of engineering or computer science degrees.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver

Java Full Stack development training

to college students through seminars, workshops, and short/long-term programs. Design and update curriculum that matches

current industry needs

and entry-level developer roles. Break down complex concepts and teach in a

student-friendly

and

interactive

manner. Organize

hands-on coding sessions

, mini-projects, and assignments. Mentor students on

project development

, Git usage, debugging, and basic deployment. Provide

career guidance

,

resume tips

, and

interview preparation

sessions related to full stack development.

Technical Skills to Teach:Back-End:

Core Java, OOPs Java 8+ Spring Boot (basics + REST API development) JDBC and basic Hibernate (for ORM concepts)

Front-End:

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Basics of Angular or React Bootstrap for responsive design

Database:

MySQL (CRUD operations, joins, basic queries) MongoDB (optional but useful)
