Leading IT Training and Placement institute, providing industry-oriented programs that prepare students for real-world careers. We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Trainer to join our training team and mentor future IT professionals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, and Full Stack Development.

Deliver comprehensive sessions on:

Frameworks: Spring, Spring Boot

ORM & Persistence: Hibernate, JPA, JDBC

Web Technologies: Servlets, JSP, REST/SOAP Web Services

Microservices Architecture

Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, ReactJS, Angular (optional add-on)

Provide hands-on coding, real-time project examples, and practical assignments.

Guide learners on application design, coding standards, debugging, and deployment.

Support students in interview preparation, technical assessments, and doubt-clearing.

Develop training materials, case studies, and project work for practical exposure.

Stay updated with latest industry trends & technologies and integrate them into training.

Skills & Expertise Required

Strong expertise in Core Java & Advanced Java concepts (OOPS, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, etc.).

Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot frameworks.

Solid understanding of Hibernate, JPA, JDBC for database connectivity.

Experience in Microservices, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services.

Familiarity with Frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, ReactJS/Angular).

Strong knowledge of SDLC, Design Patterns, Database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).

Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Prior teaching/training/mentoring experience is highly desirable.

Eligibility

Experience: 5-9 years in Java Full Stack Development / Training
