Key Responsibilities

Deliver training sessions on

Java Spring Full Stack Development

, covering both front-end and back-end technologies. Design, develop, and deliver structured course materials that include Java programming, Spring framework, database management, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React). Conduct hands-on workshops and coding exercises to help students understand the full stack development process. Mentor students in building full-stack web applications, integrating front-end and back-end components using Java and Spring technologies. Provide guidance on industry best practices, including design patterns, RESTful APIs, and database integration. Evaluate and assign real-world projects to help students develop practical, employable skills. Stay updated on the latest trends in full-stack development and integrate these updates into the curriculum. Offer one-on-one support to students during project development, troubleshooting, and debugging issues. Facilitate communication in both

English and Malayalam

to ensure clarity and better learning for a diverse group of students.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

:

Strong experience with

Java

and the

Spring Framework

(Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.). Expertise in front-end technologies such as

HTML

CSS

,

JavaScript

, and

frameworks like Angular or React

. Proficiency in

RESTful API

development and database management (SQL, NoSQL, etc.). Familiarity with

version control systems

(e.g., Git) and build tools (Maven, Gradle). Experience with

CI/CD

tools and practices.

Communication Skills

: Fluency in

English and Malayalam

to effectively communicate with students of different backgrounds. Ability to break down complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand lessons in both languages.

Additional Skills

Ability to create and manage real-world projects that simulate industry practices. Prior teaching or mentoring experience is preferred. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
