Join our team at Innovative Academy as a Full-Time Trainer for Java Full Stack Developer and play a key role in nurturing the next generation of web development talent. We are seeking a passionate and experienced trainer to deliver comprehensive and hands-on training in Java Full Stack development

Responsibilities:

-Conduct training sessions, workshops, and lectures on Java full-stack development concepts and technologies.

- Develop and update training curriculum and materials to reflect industry best practices and emerging trends.

-Mentor and guide students in their learning journey, providing constructive feedback and support.

-Create practical coding exercises and projects to reinforce theoretical learning.

Assist in assessing student progress and performance through assignments, quizzes, and projects.

-Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Java full-stack development and incorporate relevant content into the training program.

- Collaborate with the training team to continually improve training methodologies and materials.

-Provide one-on-one guidance and assistance to students as needed.

-Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that inspires students to excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Java: 1 year (Preferred) Spring Boot: 1 year (Preferred) Trainer: 2 years (Preferred)
