We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack professional with 4+ years of industry experience to mentor students. The role involves training, guiding, and providing hands-on project exposure.
Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions on Java Full Stack technologies (Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, APIs, HTML, CSS, JS, React/Angular, SQL).
Mentor students through real-time projects and practical assignments.
Provide support in debugging, coding standards, Git, and deployment basics.
Review student work and give feedback.
Share industry-based examples and project workflows.
Conduct assessments and track student progress.
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of professional experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.
Strong knowledge of backend and frontend technologies.
Good communication and mentoring skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.
Local Chennai candidates preferred for offline/hybrid sessions.
Training or mentoring experience is an added advantage.
