About the Role



We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with hands-on exposure to Agentic AI frameworks, LLM-powered workflows, and intelligent automation . In this role, you will design and develop scalable applications that integrate traditional enterprise systems with next-generation AI agents, enabling autonomous decision-making, workflow automation, and intelligent user interactions.



Key Responsibilities



Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java , Spring Boot , and modern front-end frameworks such as React , Angular , or Vue .



Build and integrate agentic AI workflows using tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.



Develop reusable APIs and microservices to support AI-driven automation and event-based systems.



Implement secure and efficient communication between AI agents and backend systems.



Optimize application performance, scalability, and robustness in cloud or hybrid environments.



Integrate third-party APIs, vector databases, embeddings, and LLM inference endpoints.



Collaborate closely with product, data, and AI engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.



Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD best practices.



Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack including front-end, backend, databases, and AI components.



Stay updated with emerging trends in Generative AI , agent frameworks , and full-stack engineering .



Required Skills & Experience



4-10 years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.



Strong backend expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture .

Proficiency in front-end technologies:

JavaScript/TypeScript , React , Angular , or Vue .



Experience building or integrating with LLMs , RAG systems , agentic workflows , or AI-enabled platforms.



Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate) and embeddings.



Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.



Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.



Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.



Preferred Qualifications



Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, or Anthropic APIs.



Knowledge of event-driven architecture, Kafka, or similar technologies.



Exposure to Kubernetes or container orchestration tools.



Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or model integration.



Prior experience in intelligent automation or AI-agent-based systems.
