About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Full Stack Developer

with 5-8 years of experience in software programming and data warehousing, preferably within an

Agile Scrum environment

. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in both frontend and backend development, with hands-on expertise in

React, Java, Spring, and distributed systems

.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using

Java, React, and Spring frameworks

.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment.

Implement and optimize backend services with

Spring Boot, Spring JPA

, and relational databases (

Oracle/PostgreSQL

).

Ensure code quality through best practices in

Object-Oriented Programming

and version control (

Git/SVN

).

Participate in project planning, tracking, and reporting using

Jira

.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with a client-focused approach.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Systems

, or equivalent professional experience.

Strong proficiency in

Java, React, Python

, and OOP principles.

Solid background in backend development with

Java and Spring framework

.

Experience with

data warehousing

and distributed systems.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, distributed team environment.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Advanced expertise in

Java

and frameworks/libraries such as

Spring Boot (Web, Security/OAuth2, Data JPA)
