Summary:

o10+ years of software development experience, within BFSI

o5+ years of experience working with Java in a backend environment (Core Banking,

Regulatory/Statutory reporting)

oHands-on experience implementing complex business logic in Java, with the ability to explain how business requirements were converted into code

oAbility to explain design patterns, chosen design decisions, and architecture in detail, including thought process on alternatives and their merits/demerits

oCapable of clearly specifying individual contributions to system design and implementation

oMust have worked for at least 1 year in backend Java in an enterprise environment within the last year

oExperience in leading technical teams (onshore or offshore) as architect/tech lead or equivalent

oStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage high-pressure situations, demanding stakeholders, and conflict resolution

Requirements:

o10+ years of software development experience within BFSI

o5+ years Java backend development experience (Core Banking, Regulatory/Statutory

reporting)

oHands-on Java experience implementing complex business logic

oStrong understanding of design patterns and system architecture, with ability to discuss alternatives

oClear articulation of personal contributions in design and development

oMinimum 1 year backend Java enterprise experience in the last year

oStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

oTechnical leadership experience (onshore or offshore) as architect/tech lead

Bilingual preferred (English required, Japanese would be a plus)

Pay: ?319,542.74 - ?1,492,921.48 per year
