JAVA FULLSTACK DEVELOPER

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Java Full Stack Developer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications using Java technologies for both backend and frontend development. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable applications, and also needs to train or mentor junior developers or students.

Role & Responsibilities:

AS A FACULTY

Deliver practical training sessions in

Core Java, Spring Boot, and Full Stack Web Development

Design and update course materials, projects, and coding assignments Mentor students on projects, help with problem-solving and career guidance Build or maintain internal tools and platforms to support academy operations Stay current with trends in Java, web development, and modern tools Contribute to workshops, hackathons, and tech events hosted by the academy

AS A DEVELOPER

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) Design RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components Implement UI/UX designs into functional, responsive interfaces Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance Collaborate with internal teams (IT, academic departments, training teams) Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including testing and deployment Maintain documentation for software and systems

Required Skills:

Proficient in

Core Java

Spring Boot

Hibernate/JPA

Solid frontend skills:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

, and frameworks like

React.js

or

Angular

REST API development and database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL/ MongoDB) Strong communication skills and passion for teaching.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior teaching, mentoring, or coaching experience Familiarity with online training tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms) Availability for evening/weekend batches or short-term bootcamps
