About the Role

- We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with mandatory FinTech domain experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building and maintaining scalable web applications used in the financial technology sector. You will be responsible for developing secure, high-performance systems involving transaction management, payment integrations, and real-time financial data processing.

- This is a full-time on-site position in Mumbai, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications for FinTech platforms.

- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.

- Build responsive user interfaces using Angular or React.js.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver quality software within timelines.

- Write clean, optimized, and maintainable code with proper documentation.

- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of financial applications.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and participate in code reviews.

- Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint goals.

Technical Skills Required

Backend :

- Strong experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, and REST APIs.

- Exposure to microservices architecture and API design.

- Good understanding of Relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Experience with Maven/Gradle, JUnit/TestNG, and Git.

Frontend :

- Proficient in Angular or React.js.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience in building responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.

Additional Skills (Preferred) :

- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud services.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

- Familiarity with Kafka/RabbitMQ for messaging.

- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, or container-based deployment.

Domain Expertise (Mandatory) :

FinTech experience is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of financial products, payment systems, digital wallets, or lending solutions.

- Knowledge of financial data security, encryption, and compliance frameworks.

- Exposure to banking APIs, payment gateway integrations, or transaction systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- 3-4 years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in FinTech projects (mandatory).
