About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled

Full-Stack SDE-2

who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance, and user-centric applications. As an SDE-2, you will take ownership of entire features, work across the stack, and contribute to architecture and design discussions. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

end-to-end features

across backend, frontend, and infrastructure. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to shape technical solutions. Participate in

technical design and architecture

discussions; propose improvements. Ensure

scalability, performance, security, and reliability

in all delivered features. Implement automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) and support CI/CD pipelines. Conduct

code reviews

, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers. Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analysis in production environments. Contribute to improving engineering processes and coding standards.

Required Qualifications

3-6 years

of professional software development experience. Strong proficiency in

frontend technologies

, such as: JavaScript/TypeScript React, Angular, or Vue HTML5, CSS3, modern UI frameworks Strong experience with

backend development

in languages such as: Node.js, Java, Python, Go, or similar Experience designing and building

RESTful APIs

or

GraphQL

services. Proficiency with

databases

: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) Hands-on experience with

cloud platforms

(AWS, GCP, Azure). Understanding of

microservices

, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures. Knowledge of software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OOP, and system design. Familiarity with

version control (Git)

, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD tools.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Experience with

TypeScript

across frontend and backend. Familiarity with

Kubernetes

or serverless architectures. Experience with

testing frameworks

like Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or Playwright. Exposure to observability tools (ELK, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana). Prior experience mentoring developers or leading small initiatives. Knowledge of security best practices (OWASP, authentication/authorization models).

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ownership mindset and willingness to take on complex challenges.
