Job Title - Lead Software Engineering Full Stack

We are expecting the software engineer who poses following skill set:

• Design and build Java as well as Angular applications adhering to good quality in terms of architectural parameters.
• Define, maintain and support development environment while adopting industry best practices and tools
• Ensures code reviews, unit testing and integration testing is completed efficiently and effectively
• Help coordinate the delivery of technical components across internal/external technical teams.
• Coordinate multiple development work streams through integration and ensures architecture is scalable and extensible
• Mastery of professional practices and methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, Code Reviews, Refactoring Techniques)

Technical / Behavioral

• Web Front end skills Angular 2+ in terms of implementation
• Strong Development skills in Java
• Spring / Spring AOP / Spring Batch / Spring Integration
• DevOps understanding with hands on Shell scripting, Maven, Stash, Jenkins, uDeploy.
• Working experience in cloud technologies (Docker / Kubernetes, PCF, AWS) will be preferred
• Self-motivation to get things done and deliver on team commitments.
• Ability to work in a team and take direction well.
• Self-motivated and responds to supervision. Asks relevant questions.

Our team provides technology services in the area of development, maintenance, and quality assurance and production support of mission critical brokerage applications. The FBT platform, we support is used by 300+ Correspondent banks, 5000+ Investment Advisors, 12 million+ retail customers and 130+ hedge funds and is capable of handling over 1 million trades per day amounting to 300 million shares. The FBT India team is distributed across Chennai and Bangalore.

The Expertise Were Looking For

• 5-8 years of experience on commercially available applications.
• B.E./B Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
