Whats the Role?
Full-time job to work with Exusia's clients to design and build Java based applications both on premise and on Cloud platforms. The role will be part of the end to end project life cycle and will participate in gathering functional requirements of business, understand the technical requirements by working with Exusias Solution Architects and Senior Application Designers. The Full Stack Java developer role will be part of our Data Analytics practice and will be focused on delivering best of breed technology solutions for Exusia s clients. Candidate should have more than 3 years of relevant experience in Java
\xef\xbb\xbfKey Responsibilities:

• Have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience working as a Java Full Stack Developer
• Responsible for designing and building critical client custom applications focused on user interface, data access & database connectivity.
• Design, build, test and maintain efficient, reusable, secure and reliable code for different layers of web applications.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database & application teams for application integration and deployment.
• Ability to analyze, understand and modify/extend existing applications with limited knowledge transition.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to work directly with end users

Mandatory Skills

• Experience with Responsive & Dynamic Modern Web application development
• Front end application development/integration experience using Java, Java scripting, React, Angular, Backbone, Vue
• Well versed with Web UI development using HTML for both MVC and form-based applications
• Server-side programming experience with hands on experience with Java Servlet, EJB, JSP
• Developing APIs using Java, JDBC API, Java Persistence API and related technologies for a data centric application. Experience using APIs to integrate third party applications with custom web applications / portals
• Good Database exposure to build data centric applications
• Good SQL skills and experience integrating web applications with databases
• Exposure to DevOps tools and Agile development methodology, Able to contribute in a collaborative development environment
• Good understanding of implementing security including Authentication & Authorization for Web apps
• Experience using different security protocols including Open Web Security Protocol (OWASP)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience building operational/interactive model-driven and canvas-based applications using Microsoft Power Apps will be an added advantage
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud native services will be an added advantage
• Exposure to any low code/No code platforms for building data centric apps will be a plus
• Experience with docker, cloud-computing / cloud services platforms (e.g. AWS or Azure) will be a plus
• Exposure to Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) tools - Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, etc.
• Event Driven Architecture (Kafka, Webhooks)
• Test Driven Development, Junit, Jasmine, Karma, Protractor
