Job Title: FullStack Developer

Location- Pune - Business Bay

Role Description

Our Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI) strategy is focusing on strengthening engineering expertise, introducing an Agile delivery model, as well as modernizing the Bank\'s IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for end to end delivery of entire engineering solutions to accomplish business goals. You will provide engineering thought leadership across teams, mentor and coach junior engineers and encourage continuous improvement in delivery practices. You will enjoy partnering closely with your clients whilst working within a broader creative, collaborative and innovative team, with a strong desire to make an impact. You will be joining Benchmarking application which is top group applications with external regulatory commitments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in SDLC cycles to ensure production infrastructure and processes are compatible with impending feature releases
• Perform risk assessments of engineering solutions and designs
• Design elegant solutions to complex problems which satisfy user & non-functional requirements
• Design & engineer solutions and services with embedded risk and security controls as mitigation against threats
• Create strategic solutions that consider the risk, benefits and conflicts of the situation
• Participate in strategic development of platform architecture and infrastructure
• Contribute to analysis for new business requirements
• Work with peer teams to deliver successfully on integration points
• Participate in SL3, production issues investigation and resolution

Your Skills and Experience:

• Deep knowledge of Java, the JVM, object orientation principles
• Significant development experience, working within an agile environment and using modern engineering practices
• Experience of OpenShift, Docker and Kubernetes as well as exposure to a range of modern build tools, such as Maven, Jenkins, etc.
• Using Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery to ensure that changes can be done quickly and safely
• Extensive knowledge in Financial Services environments, especially around benchmark submissions (e.g. LIBOR).
• Architecture and design approaches that support rapid, incremental and iterative delivery, such as SOA or Microservices
• Knowledge in modern Javascript frameworks e.g. React, Angular, HTML5, Bootstrap, Node.js. and of the REST principles and associated technologies
• Deep knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with Investment Banking Post Trade and Investment banking in general is a plus
