Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 70% in 10th and 12th Minimum 65% in B.Tech (CSE/IT) or MCA

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain Java-based software applications. Collaborate with team members to define and design new features. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in existing systems. Participate in code reviews and contribute to application architecture improvements. Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in

Java

and

Object-Oriented Programming

Good understanding of

Database Management Systems

(MySQL/PostgreSQL) Basic knowledge of

Web Technologies

: HTML, CSS, JavaScript Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:

For Freshers:

Stipend during training (4 months): ?15,000/month

Post-confirmation:

Salary will be revised based on performance

For Experienced Candidate:

Salary as per industry standards and experience
