Job Role: - Java ( Tech Lead )-Secure Payment Systems
Job Location: -Noida, India
Experience: - 8+ Years
Job Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Design, develop, and lead teams in building secure payment systems.
• Integrate services with cloud HSMs, acquirers, and payment gateways.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Apply design patterns & OOP principles to solve complex problems.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable system design.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.

Job Skills & Requirements: -
Education & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science.
• 8+ years of experience in payment services / financial industry.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Java, Java EE, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
• Hands-on with relational databases, SQL, ORM tools.
• Experience with web frameworks (JSF, Wicket, GWT, etc.).
• Knowledge of cryptography & payment security standards.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with GitLab and CI/CD practices.

Behavioral Skills

• Strong communication & problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Relevant industry certifications.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of payment services & financial domain.
