Job Description

Lead the development of high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

Design and build REST APIs and microservices that are reliable and scalable.

Take ownership of features and system components across the software lifecycle.

Design and implement CI/CD workflows with tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and system optimizations.

Work on distributed systems in a cloud-native environment, ensuring fault-tolerance and scalability.

Must-Have Skills:

Expert in Java and advanced experience with the Spring Boot framework.

Proven experience building and scaling REST APIs and microservices.

Hands-on with CI/CD automation and DevOps tools.

Experience in working with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and Kafka.

Strong understanding of system design, performance optimization, and best coding practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

Experience with configuration server management and dynamic config updates.

Familiarity with Prometheus, ELK Stack, or other monitoring/logging tools.

Awareness of cloud security standards, observability, and incident management.
