Key Responsibilities:



Prioritize and resolve production issues to maintain application stability. Investigate and diagnose production code failures, identifying root causes. Propose and implement both tactical fixes and strategic solutions. Guide and support team members in handling multiple concurrent issues. Design, develop, and test new features and enhancements. Optimize performance of complex legacy codebases. Maintain a stability-driven mindset by understanding business requirements and delivering user value. Adhere to Agile development methodologies with active collaboration in QA processes, including identifying and resolving bugs. Contribute to the team//'s continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and mentorship. Engage in full stack development with a strong problem-solving mindset. Formal education in Software Development is valued but not mandatory with relevant experience.





Requisites:


Strong expertise in Distributed Systems design and development. Hands-on experience with frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and designing RESTful APIs. Experience with WebLogic or equivalent application servers. Solid understanding and practical experience with Microservices architecture. Familiarity with event-driven architecture using tools like Kafka and JMS. Experience with caching solutions such as Redis and Memcached. Strong knowledge of JDBC and relational databases like Oracle, including SQL query optimization. Proficient in development and DevOps tools such as Gradle, Maven, and Jenkins. Skilled in testing frameworks like JUnit 5 and Selenium. Working knowledge of UI technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, GWT, and jQuery. Experience with containerization and monitoring tools such as Docker and Splunk. Familiar with Jakarta EE (formerly JavaEE) and Linux/Unix command line operations. Proficient in tools like SSH, cURL, and SFTP for secure connections and data transfer. Experience with messaging systems like ActiveMQ or Artemis. Comfortable working with development environments like IntelliJ IDEA and VS Code. Familiar with logging and monitoring tools such as Log4J. * Experience with Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, along with GitHub, SonarQube, and Jacoco.
