Well versed with SDLC or Support processes such as incident management, problem management,Major incident process etcSun/Oracle Certified Java/J2EE expertMust have handled complex application debugging / impact analysis / root cause analysis etc.Must have handled requirement analysis / design etc.Must have knowledge & experience of change & release managementExtensive technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, Webservices, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, JSON, JQuery and AJAX.Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development and the J2EE frameworkand data architectures.Experience working with and applying Design patterns to solve problems.Should be able to guide and mentor team membersDemonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
