Job Title: Java Developer (Teaching & Content Creation)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Java Developer who is equally enthusiastic about teaching, mentoring, and creating high-quality educational content. This is a unique opportunity to combine software development with content creation and help shape the next generation of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Java Development:

- Develop, test, and maintain Java-based web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, maintainable software.

- Write clean, well-structured, and well-documented code.

- Contribute to backend API development and database design

Teaching & Content Creation:

- Create engaging video tutorials, live coding sessions, and project-based learning content.

- Design curriculum modules, coding challenges, and quizzes for Java programming.

- Explain complex technical concepts in a simple, beginner

-friendly manner.

- Record and edit coding sessions using screen recording tools (guidance will be provided if needed).

- Stay up to date with the latest trends in Java development and edtech.

Requirements:-

2+ years of professional experience in Java software development.

- Strong grasp of Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Passion for teaching, mentoring, or content creation.

- Ability to present and explain topics in a structured and engaging way.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience creating online programming tutorials or technical blogs.

- Familiarity with video recording/editing tools (e.g., OBS, Camtasia, ScreenFlow).

- Exposure to tools like Git, Maven, Gradle, or Jenkins.

- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).

- Prior experience in training, workshops, or community engagement is a plus.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
