Responsibilities * Designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications tailored to client requirements.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and deliver solutions within deadlines.
• Implementing best practices in Core Java, Struts, and JSP to ensure high-performance applications.
• Contributing to code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and optimization of existing systems.
• Effectively utilizing AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to improve development efficiency.
• Leading and mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless project execution.
• Actively contributing to technical roadmaps and staying updated with emerging development trends.

Requirements * A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of hands-on experience in Core Java, Struts, JSP, and Enterprise Application Development.
• Proficient in using application servers like WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, or Tomcat.
• Expertise in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge or exposure to AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
