Job Title: Java Developer (Spring Boot & Microservices)Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer with 5 + years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and MongoDB. You will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, developing and maintaining web services, and contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and implement efficient database structures based on business requirements. Apply architectural and design patterns to ensure scalable and maintainable code. Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web services and applications. Optimize application performance through effective tuning techniques. Collaborate with team members to transform business requirements into robust, agile solutions. Identify, debug, and resolve software issues and defects. Write and execute unit tests, integration tests, and functional tests. Ensure best coding practices, clean architecture, and maintainable codebase. Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5 + years of hands-on experience in Java development and related frameworks.
