Senior Java Developer

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to guide the design, development, and delivery of advanced desktop applications using Java and related technologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both hands- on coding.

Responsibilities:

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and other

software engineers, to design and develop solutions for our desktop-based application.

? Utilize your expertise in Java to architect and implement robust and scalable software

components.

? Develop RESTful services and integrate them into the application.

? Leverage Spring Boot, Spring JPA, and Spring Data frameworks to enhance the application's

functionality.

? Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using JavaFX.

? Ensure the quality and performance of the software through comprehensive testing and

debugging.

? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to improve the software

development process.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

? 5-8 years of professional experience in software development, with a primary focus on Java.

? Strong proficiency in Java and its related frameworks, particularly Spring Boot, Spring JPA, and

Spring Data.

? Experience in developing desktop applications using JavaFX is highly desirable.

? Solid understanding of RESTful web services and API development.

? Proficient in implementing and consuming relational databases.

? Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

? Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

? Effective communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and customers.

? Experience in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment

and maintenance.

? Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
