Position Description1. Further Development and Implementation of New Features
Template development and customization
Create and modify FirstSpirit templates (layouts, forms, scripts)
Adapt templates based on new design and functional requirements
Module and component development
Develop custom FirstSpirit modules and components to extend CMS functionality
System integrations
2. Workflow Management
Implement and adapt FirstSpirit workflows to optimize editorial processes
3. Support and Problem Solving
Provide consultation on technical conception and implementation of new features and projects
Create technical specifications and solution concepts for FirstSpirit backend requirements
Recommend best practices for FirstSpirit usage and development optimization
4. Documentation and Knowledge Transfer
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed features and configurations
Conduct active knowledge transfer to the internal team
5. Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to coding standards and FirstSpirit best practices
Maintain and improve the frontend kit integration (based on version 4.0)
Additional Responsibilities
Implement accessibility updates (e.g., keyboard usability improvements)
Apply design updates according to the corporate brand guide
Develop quality-of-life improvements to maintain a state-of-the-art corporate website
Ensure compliance with current security and safety regulations
Optimize performance and user journey
Implement improvements based on continuous worldwide competitive benchmarking
Centralize functionalities within the global/country website landscape (RO)
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹130,000.00 per month
