We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer to join our telecom product team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend development, API design, and building scalable, high-performance systems. You will play a critical role in developing robust backend services that power our telecom solutions, including customer portals, network dashboards, and service management platforms. Responsibilities Requirement Analysis & Solutioning
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design backend architecture and workflows.
Backend Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java (preferably Java 8+).
Implement microservices architecture and ensure modular, maintainable code.
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
API Development & Integration
Build and expose RESTful APIs for frontend integration.
Handle real-time data processing and asynchronous communication using WebSockets or messaging queues.
Database Management
Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Implement efficient data models and query optimization.
Security & Compliance
Ensure secure coding practices, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
Comply with telecom industry standards and data privacy regulations.
Testing & Deployment
Write unit and integration tests using frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.
Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers.
Document APIs, workflows, and system architecture.
Innovation & Best Practices
Stay updated with Java ecosystem, backend trends, and telecom domain requirements.
Contribute to backend architecture improvements and performance tuning.
Desired Skill Sets :
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Familiarity with REST APIs, WebSockets, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Knowledge of telecom domain workflows and integration with OSS/BSS systems is a plus.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of database design, ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA), and caching solutions (Redis).
Exposure to agile methodologies and working in sprint cycles.
Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization.
