Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot



Experience in microservices architecture



Ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance, resilient applications



Experience with cloud-native development



Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation



Experience with DevOps practices



API development experience



Strong problem-solving skills



Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment



Experience in database management (SQL/NoSQL)

Preferred Skills

Experience with Spring Cloud and related frameworks



Hands-on with AWS / Azure / GCP (multi-cloud exposure)



Mentoring/leadership experience (beyond core role)



Knowledge of distributed systems, caching, event-driven architecture



Exposure to containerization tools like Docker, orchestration like Kubernetes



Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)



Knowledge of security best practices in microservices



Experience in performance tuning and debugging
