Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. Build and deploy microservices-based solutions with high availability and performance. Integrate and manage message brokers like Kafka for real-time event streaming. Work with MongoDB (NoSQL) and Redis for efficient data storage and caching. Ensure system reliability, fault tolerance, and security in distributed environments. Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues

Key Skills:

Core Java, Java 8+ Spring Boot, Spring Framework Microservices Architecture & RESTful APIs Kafka / Event-driven architecture Redis / Caching frameworks MongoDB / NoSQL Databases SQL (RDBMS knowledge is a plus) Good understanding of design patterns and system scalability

Requirements:

3-5 years of strong backend development experience in Java & Spring Boot. Hands-on experience in Microservices, Kafka, Redis, and MongoDB. Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (Agile, CI/CD, Git). Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
