Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Java Developer

with at least

2+ years of hands-on experience

in building robust, scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of

Java 11

,

Spring Boot

, and

Microservices Architecture

, along with working knowledge of

Docker

,

Redis

,

Kafka

, and

MySQL

. Experience managing servers and handling

high-traffic systems

is essential.

Required Tech Stack:

Java 11, Spring boot, microservice architecture, mysql, hiberbate, redis, kafka, docker & cloud platforms.

Nice To Have: Javascript, Next Js, React Native.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend services using

Java 11

and

Spring Boot

. Build and maintain scalable

microservices-based

architectures. Ensure reliability and uptime in

high-concurrency, high-traffic

environments. Collaborate with DevOps teams to containerize applications using

Docker

and deploy/manage them efficiently. Work with

Kafka

for messaging and

Redis

for caching solutions. Manage and optimize

MySQL

databases for performance and scalability. Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and security. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development cycles.

Should be having knowledge of current DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years

of experience in Java development. Strong proficiency with

Java 11

and

Spring Boot

. Solid understanding and practical experience with

Microservices Architecture

. Experience with

Docker

containerization. Ability to handle

large-scale traffic

. Working knowledge of

Kafka

and

Redis

. Experience with

MySQL

including performance tuning and query optimization. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to have exposure with cloud services (eg. AWS)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
