We are seeking a Java/Python Developer with basic understanding of BIM. The ideal
candidate will work closely with our BIM and engineering teams to support software
development, automation, and data processing tasks related to BIM workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain applications using Java and Python.
Support BIM teams with data extraction, automation, and integration tasks.
Work with BIM file formats (IFC, RVT, etc.) at a basic level.
Assist in building scripts or tools to streamline BIM workflows.
Collaborate with architects, BIM engineers, and project teams to understand
requirements.
Work with APIs, data models, and cloud systems as needed.
Ensure code quality, testing, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience in Java and Python.
Basic knowledge of BIM concepts, file formats, or tools (Revit, Navisworks, IFC, etc.).
Familiarity with APIs, JSON, XML, and data structures.
Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience using Git or similar version control systems.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to BIM APIs (Revit API, Forge API) is a plus.
Understanding of construction or AEC domain workflows.
Experience with automation or scripting for engineering teams.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
