Required Skill Set
Strong programming fundamentals in Core Java
Frontend experience with JSP, AJAX, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript
Backend development using Spring Boot or Struts2
ORM and database interaction using Hibernate and SQL
Familiarity with PostgreSQL and/or MS SQL Server
