About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer who is passionate about programming and eager to

work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining

Java-based applications while working closely with our clients and internal teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

? Strong understanding of Java and object-oriented programming.

? Must have previous hands-on coding experience (Java, C++, or similar).

? Participate in an initial 4-8 week boot camp training with our expert instructors.

? Learn new technologies and enhance your technical capabilities.

? Post-training, you will be deployed to work with clients based on your performance.

? Participate in mock interviews and technical assessments to demonstrate your skills.

? Attend client interviews for final deployment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

? 3-4 years of professional experience in software development.

? Strong foundation in data structures and core programming concepts.

? Immediate joiners preferred; should not be currently pursuing academic studies.

? Excellent communication and presentation skills.

? Strong learning aptitude and adaptability to new technologies.

? Must be willing to participate in a paid training program prior to deployment.
