to join our dynamic team supporting a top 10 U.S. Insurance Carrier.

This role is pivotal in helping our clients streamline their data processes and leverage advanced analytics to drive business decisions. You will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless flow of information and support business needs through data strategy and architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze data requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring optimal data architecture and reporting.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, maintaining clear communication.
Oversee the testing and validation of data solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.
Requirements
Experience Required:
7 to 9 years of experience
Language Skills:
Fluent
Education:
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Relevant Fields of Study:
Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
