Job Title: Faculty - Java Full Stack Corporate Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable faculty member specializing in Java

Full Stack Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in

Java-based frontend and backend technologies, frameworks, and cloud-native

development. The role includes teaching, mentoring, curriculum development, and

contributing to research and industry collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lectures, lab sessions and workshops in Java Full Stack
Development

Develop and update course content aligned with industry standards. Guide the associates through real world projects involving web applications,
APIs and database integration

Assess student performance and provide feedback Collaborate with industry partners to keep curriculum industry relevant and
updated

Assignment and assessment creation. Validations of assessment solutions
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development Strong understanding of Java frameworks and enterprise application
development.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with agile development and software engineering practices.
Technical Skills Required:

Frontend Development

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript Angular, React, or Vue.js Responsive design, UI/UX principles, browser compatibility
Backend Development:

Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA RESTful APIs, Microservices Asynchronous programming, multithreading
Database Technologies:

SQL: MySQL, PostgreSQL NoSQL: MongoDB Database design, normalization, query optimization
DevOps & Cloud:

Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Tools:

Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket Maven, Gradle Jira, Confluence, Postman, Swagger IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse
Testing & Quality Assurance:

JUnit, Mockito Integration testing, TDD
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
