Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned

Java Backend Engineer

to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating enterprise-grade applications with strong knowledge of microservices architecture, API development, and modern backend frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality Java-based backend services. Build and enhance RESTful/SOAP APIs and microservices. Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Optimize application performance and scalability. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions. Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills:

Strong core Java, OOPs, exception handling, collections, multithreading. Hands-on experience with

Spring / Spring Boot

frameworks. In-depth knowledge of

REST/SOAP Web Services

and

microservice architecture

. Experience with

JPA/Hibernate

, SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience working with

message brokers

(Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ). Good understanding of

API security

(OAuth2, JWT, API gateways). Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines

(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab). Knowledge of

Docker, Kubernetes

and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Education:

B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

Work experience: 7 to 12 years as a Java Backend Engineer

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?120,000.00 per month
