Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a

Java Backend Engineer

based in Hyderabad. The engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems using Java and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The role also includes troubleshooting issues, ensuring reliability, and supporting scalability of backend applications.

Note:

Candidates must have experience in

product development projects

, not support projects, and must be hands-on in developing RESTful APIs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java Build and enhance RESTful APIs using Spring Boot / Spring frameworks Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security Work with SQL/Oracle databases for data modeling and queries Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices

Required Qualifications & Skills

6+ years of hands-on experience in

Java development

Strong expertise in

Spring Boot, Spring REST APIs

Solid understanding of

SQL / Oracle databases

Knowledge of

JUnit, Postman, Swagger

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities Real coding exposure in backend development

Work Model & Timings

Location:

Hyderabad (Madhapur)

First 3 Months:

5 Days Onsite (Belen ITS Office - Hyderabad, Madhapur)

From 4th Month Onward:

Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH

Shift Timings:

12:30 PM - 9:30 PM

OR

2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
