The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Backend Developer with a strong background in Java micro services and web technologies such as RESTful APIs and Spring Boot-based microservices development. The ideal candidate will have experience in Kubernetes frameworks and enterprise cloud-native application development, preferably on AWS.
Skills Required:
Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and NodeJS.
• Strong understanding of RESTful services and API development.
• Experience with SOA principles, design patterns, and integration techniques.
• Proficiency in unit testing and security standards (Veracode, Sonar).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native application development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

Process Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to evaluate and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in peer reviewing low-level designs (LLD).
• Ability to analyse technical impact and recommend design improvements.

Behavioural Skills:

• Proactive in resolving technical issues and exploring alternative designs.
• Effective collaboration and teamwork within project modules.
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and ensure project success.
• Capability to mentor and train team members for skill development and knowledge management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Somebody who has at least 5+ years of work experience in software development.
• Education qualification: Any degree from a reputed college
