As a Java + AWS Tech Leader in our Development Team, your mission will technically oversee a team of experienced front and back developers. You will work in a fast-paced global team pushing innovation to the next level. Innovation is at the heart of the BairesDev strategy. What You Will Do: - Take technical ownership of various platform modules, covering all aspects from design and development to seamless integration. - Craft clean, robust, and high-performance server-side code to ensure optimal system functionality. - Engage in continuous research and development activities to assess the viability of emerging technologies and concepts. Communicate the value of these insights to drive the company\'s growth. - Lead and actively participate in code reviews, setting the standard for code quality and best practices. - Provide hands-on mentorship and guidance to junior software engineers, fostering their professional growth and skills development. Here\'s what we are looking for: - 5+ years of experience in Java. - 5+ years of experience with AWS, designing and developing APIs. - Advanced knowledge in the design of cloud architectures based on distributed services. - Experience leading teams, allocating tasks, identifying risks, decision making, estimating tasks, managing conflicts, and planning. - Native Spanish level. - Intermediate English Level. Additional Requirements: - A minimum of 6 hours of time zone overlap with Spain. - Willingness to travel to Spain. - Open to potential relocation.
