Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS Spring Boot Spring Core and Core Java. Experience in Retail Banking is a plus. This hybrid role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. The position is based on a day shift schedule with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of scalable applications using AWS Spring Boot and Core Java to meet business requirements. Oversee the integration of Spring Core components to ensure seamless functionality and performance. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently. Ensure code quality and best practices are maintained through regular code reviews and testing. Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and deployment processes. Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks to align with project timelines and objectives. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into the development process for continuous improvement. Implement security measures and compliance standards to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity. Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions. Support the deployment and maintenance of applications in a hybrid work model ensuring minimal downtime. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure project alignment. Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering high-quality solutions that enhance customer experiences in the Retail Banking domain.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in AWS Spring Boot Spring Core and Core Java essential for leading technical projects. Demonstrate experience in Retail Banking providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges and solutions. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Show proficiency in technical documentation and communication ensuring clear and concise information sharing. Have a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within scope.

Certifications Required

AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification.
