Job Description

A highly skilled Senior Cloud Developer with deep expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and strong backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot. Great hands-on expertise on building scalable, cloud-native solutions and automating infrastructure using Environment as Code (EaC) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.


Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures using AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudFormation.


Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management using IaC tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.


Apply EaC principles to standardize and streamline environment setup across development, staging, and production.


Optimize cloud resource usage for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.


Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using AWS-native tools like CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and X-Ray.


Ensure compliance with AWS security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption, and VPC configurations.


Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.


Integrate backend systems with AWS services and third-party APIs.


Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring junior developers.


Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.


5+ years of professional experience in software development.


Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services and cloud-native architecture.


Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK).


Solid programming skills in Java and experience with Spring Boot.


Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Git.


Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.


Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
