Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Architect / Java Technical Lead with 5-10 years of experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions.

You will be responsible for leading architectural decisions, setting coding standards, mentoring developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and design scalable, maintainable architecture for enterprise applications. Lead development efforts using Java, Spring Boot, and React while ensuring adherence to best practices. Design and integrate cloud-native solutions using Azure services such as Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions. Provide technical leadership, review code, and mentor development teams. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability, maintaining high coding standards. Participate in architectural reviews and propose design improvements. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption of modern frameworks and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in software development, with strong focus on backend development using Java. Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design. Strong front-end development experience using React. Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and related PaaS services. Solid understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer Associate) are an added advantage. Knowledge of security best practices in cloud-based applications.
