Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design & Leadership:

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Define architectural principles, patterns, and standards.

Cloud-Native Development:

Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Storage, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory).

Microservices & API Development:

Develop and maintain robust microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles.

Technical Guidance & Mentorship:

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring code quality, adherence to standards, and effective problem-solving.

Performance Optimization & Scalability:

Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance throughput, responsiveness, and scalability.

Security & Compliance:

Implement robust security measures, ensure secure coding practices, and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

DevOps & CI/CD:

Contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes for automated testing, building, and deployment.
Required Skills and Experience:

Extensive Experience:

Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in software development, with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.

Java & Spring Boot Expertise:

Deep understanding of core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

Azure Cloud Proficiency:

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture patterns.

Architectural Principles:

Expertise in software design patterns, architectural styles (e.g., microservices, cloud-native), and best practices.

Database Knowledge:

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

DevOps & Containerization:

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.

Communication & Leadership:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
