10+ years of software product development experience with sound knowledge of Java programming, algorithms and data-structures. Candidate must have experience of starting projects from scratch and deploying on customer site. Knowledge of big data tools, compiler design, file system and networking would be a big plus. Person would be required to lead a team of Java developers. Prior management experience in hiring and building a team is a must.
