Key Responsibilities:



Experience 10 to 12 years.

We are looking for a seasoned Java Architect with strong expertise in Spring Boot, middleware, and integration technologies to lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architecting microservices, integrating with various systems, and guiding cross-functional teams.



Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Define and implement integration strategies across internal and external systems using APIs, messaging platforms, and middleware tools.

Provide architectural guidance on middleware components such as ESB, API Gateway, Message Brokers, etc.

Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Lead end-to-end solutioning for middleware-based integrations, ETL flows, and real-time messaging.

Ensure adherence to integration standards, security, scalability, and performance.

Mentor development teams and conduct design/code reviews.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to define CI/CD strategies and cloud deployments.



Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Java (8/11/17) and Spring Boot

In-depth understanding of Spring Core, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud

Expertise in RESTful/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and API lifecycle management

Experience with middleware/integration tools like Apache Camel, MuleSoft, TIBCO, WSO2, or Dell Boomi

Proficient in message-oriented middleware (Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS)

Integration with RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)

Exposure to API Gateways (Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway)

Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions

Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus

Behavioural Competencies :

Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements

Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)

Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams

Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services

Ability to plan, prioritize and complete your own work, whilst remaining a team player

Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies
